CEO and Founder
As CEO, Ayanda is the driving force behind Mazwide Enterprises (Pty) Ltd. Ayanda is a results-oriented leader with deep expertise in business analysis, process engineering, change management, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation. She is passionate about transforming businesses through cutting-edge technology, ensuring they not only keep up with the rapid pace of change but lead the charge in their industries.
With a strong academic foundation, Ayanda holds a BCom in Business Management and Marketing, as well as an MBA from the prestigious Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). She brings a combination of strategic insight and practical expertise. Her professional journey has taken her through roles at Deloitte, both in South Africa and the UK, and she has held senior roles at Vodacom and FNB.
As CEO, Ayanda is committed to assisting organisations navigate the complexities of digital transformation. Her vision goes beyond consulting, she is also deeply invested in the future of South Africa’s technology sector. Through the FutureU Expo, the objective is to close the skills gap in the local workforce, empowering the next generation of tech talent with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.
